Humuhumunukunukuapua'a, or humuhumu for short, is the Hawaiian name for Hawai'i's state fish - the Reef Triggerfish. They are very common in Hawai'i and you'll most likely encounter them when you're snorkeling. They blow jets of water from their mouth to sift through sand in search of edible organisms.
