All returns following Shoyu Sugar's return policy will be accepted for store credit ONLY (only full priced items are eligible for store credit) within 7 days of delivery date.

We do the best we can to ensure merchandise quality and order accuracy. Please check all merchandise in your order before wearing. In the event that there is an error or defect with any item you have received, please contact us immediately - before wearing or removing tags & liners.
Any product without an approved RMA is not eligible for a return.
HOW TO RETURN:
Follow this simple step-by-step process:
- Please email email@example.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please include the following information in your email: Order Number, Item Name, Quantity to Return & Return Reason.
- Once this has been completed, you must now wait for confirmation by the Shoyu Sugar team.
- Please include in your return package a note which includes the following: Name, Phone Number, and Order Number.

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Only full priced merchandise is eligible for exchange or store credit.
- To be eligible for exchange or store credit, merchandise must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached and must be neatly placed in it's original plastic bag for protective purposes. Original plastic bag must not be missing, ripped, or torn.
- For health purposes, hygienic liners on swimwear MUST be still intact and no signs of removal upon receipt of returned items.
- A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $250.
- Shoyu Sugar is not responsible for lost or damaged orders once the package has been accepted by the US Postal Service.
Our standard return policy applies for most items and issues. However, please bear in mind the following exceptions:
All sale items purchased are FINAL. No store credit or exchanges are allowed on sale items.
Promo Codes/Special Promotions
Items purchased with a promo code/special promotion at checkout are eligible for a store credit only within 15 days of purchase.
Jewelry, Edibles & Optics
All jewelry, edibles and optics purchased are FINAL. No returns or store credit are allowed on these items.
Gifts & Specials
Items purchased as a GIFT or special offer at checkout are only eligible for a store credit at the special offer price.
